01

What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies can remember choices, help keep services secure and, with your consent, help us understand how the website is used.

Similar technologies include browser local storage, pixels and tags. This policy refers to them collectively as cookies unless a particular technology is identified.

02

How consent works

Strictly necessary cookies keep the website and consent controls working. We use every other category only with your consent. Consent is optional, and rejecting optional cookies does not affect the website’s core functions.

You can withdraw consent or change your choices at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” control in the footer. A change applies going forward; cookies already stored in your browser can be deleted through browser settings.

  • Analytics, functional and advertising categories are denied by default.
  • You can consent by category and later withdraw the choice just as easily.
  • Marketing and analytics tags are not loaded before the relevant category is allowed.
03

Cookie categories we use

A category determines when a technology may run and the purpose for which it is used.

  • Strictly necessary

    Always active

Required for secure website operation and for storing CookieYes consent choices. They cannot be disabled in the consent centre.

  • Functional

    Your choice

Enable optional features such as Intercom chat. They run only after functional consent.

  • Analytics

    Your choice

Google Analytics tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager to understand site use and improve content. They run only after analytics consent.

  • Advertising

    Your choice

Advertising or campaign-measurement tags, if used, may run only after the advertising category is allowed.

05

Third-party providers and data transfers

We use CookieYes for consent management, Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager for analytics and Intercom for optional chat. Providers handle technical data under their current privacy and data-processing terms.

Some providers may process data outside the EU or EEA. Where that occurs, the requirements of Chapter V of the GDPR apply. Contact info@wemply.com for current information about a provider’s processing location and safeguards.

06

Changes and contact

We update this policy and cookie list when technologies are added, removed or changed. The date of the current version appears at the top of the page.
